Notice of Officer Slate and Change of By-Laws

A new set of officers will be installed in the coming months. With this in mind, the nominating committee has been hard at work over the past two months interviewing potential candidates for the Board. Below is a link to their report and the proposed slate of officers for 2016-2017.

Also below is a link to the proposed By-Law revisions. Earlier this year the Board realized that our present By-Laws had not kept pace with some changes we have made over the past few years and needed updating. Over the past four months, a By-Laws Sub-Committee reviewed the present By-Laws in detail and recommended some proposed changes. The Board voted unanimously to accept these proposed changes and put them before our membership for consideration.

This year we will be using an electronic voting system. You will receive an email with voting instructions on October 18.
